The information privacy policy provided by the Internet service Advmaker.

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been approved by the administration of Advmaker (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration", "Company"), the website of which is available on the Internet at advmaker.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" and "Website"), and applies to all users of the Service (hereinafter the "Users").

This Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data we receive from Users.

Use of the Service means unconditional agreement of the User with this Privacy Policy; in case of disagreement, the User should refrain from using the Service.

  • address of the page hosting blocks of ads;
  • referrer (address from the previous page).

As a rule, the Company does not check validity of the information provided by the User in accordance with paragraph 1.2.1. of this Policy and has no control over their capacity. However, the Company presumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information on the questions specified in the registration forms and obliges to keep this information up to date.

The User can disable collection of personal information by changing the appropriate browser settings.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Processing Information Provided by the Users.

2.1. The Service collects and stores only the information needed to provide customer service (performance of the agreements with the User).

2.2. The Service uses the collected information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the User as part of the agreements with the Service and provision of personal services on the Website of the Service;

2.2.2. Display of more relevant blocks of ads as well as target marketing of promotional materials by geographic criteria, interests, and other parameters.

2.3. The User can at any time modify (update, or append) the information specified in paragraph 1.2.1. of this Policy. To do this, the User must log on the Website and make the necessary changes using personal account.

2.4. The information provided in paragraph 1.2.2. of this Policy is anonymous and is used only to improve the quality of the Service and for marketing purposes. The User can at any time disable collecting such information by changing the appropriate browser settings, which allows not to set up cookies (the User might not be able to make full use of all the Services of the Website). If the User chooses to use cookies, the Service will send them when the User gains access to the Website of the Service.

3. Terms of storage, processing and disclosure of information and data

3.1.The Service takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information provided by the Users from unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution as well as other illegal actions of third parties.

3.2. However, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Service cannot provide absolute protection guarantee of the provided information nor guarantee absolute security of communication between the Users and the Service. The User acknowledges and agrees that the provided information can be used by search engines or other automated services, as well as other tools.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for not giving out the login/ password to third parties as well as for timely replacement of the password and/ or contacting the help desk of the Service in the case of loss or disclosure of the password.

3.4. The personal information of the User is kept confidential unless the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access. Processing of personal data, the Administration is ruled by the applicable law.

3.5. The Company may disclose information and data provided by the User to third parties in the following cases:

  • The User has expressed their consent to do so;
  • if it is necessary as part of use of the Service or for provision of the services;
  • Company has partners to perform services for us. These partners process your data only at and according to Company's instructions to provide the Service, such as payment service provision, hosting, analytics and fraud prevention;
  • if such disclosure is necessary for the administration of justice, enforcement of judgment, the act of another body or official to be executed in accordance with applicable legislation;

4. Refusal to collect data

4.1. We DO NOT collect personally identifiable data such as names, email addresses, postal addresses or telephone numbers. Our data has no way of identifying who you are. We DO, collect unanimous data such as Id address, Country, city etc. Our goal is to gain enough insight from collected data to deliver personalized ads that have a higher chance to be interesting for a visitor.

4.2. To provide our services we use technologies such as cookies. You can always change the settings of your browser to disable cookies and prevent services from gathering data if you have any concerns about the protection of your privacy. Note that due to the common use of cookies, turning them off may prevent you from using a variety of websites. Refer to your browser documentation to learn how to turn off tracking mechanisms like cookies. You can alternatively opt out from Advmaker cookie tracking specifically. This option will prevent Advmaker from collecting information from your browser. Bear in mind that if you use several browsers or different computers, you must opt out of cookies for each browsers and computers.

4.3 To display ads on services that do not use cookies (for example, in mobile applications), we use identifiers that perform similar functions. To disable custom ads in mobile apps, follow the instructions:

5. Users' Rights

User may exercise any of the rights described in this section by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request.

5.1 Access and managing of Information.

Users may access and update some of information through Account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.

5.2 Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Users have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning them (and which User cannot update himself/herself within his/her account).

5.3 Data access and portability.

In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your personal information held by us. You may also be entitled to request copies of personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

5.4 Data retention and erasure.

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide Services to you, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.

5.5 Withdrawing consent and restriction of processing.

Where you have provided your consent to the processing of your personal information by Company you may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your account settings or by sending a communication to Company specifying which consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, in some jurisdictions, applicable law may give you the right to limit the ways in which we use your personal information, in particular where (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal information; (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal information; (iii) we no longer need your personal information for the purposes of the processing, but you require the information for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to the processing pursuant to Section 5.6 and pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of Company override your own.

5.6 Objection to processing.

In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to require Company not to process your personal information for certain specific purposes (including profiling) where such processing is based on legitimate interest. If you object to such processing Company will no longer process your personal information for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing or such processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where your personal information is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may, at any time ask Company to cease processing your data for these direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

6. Obtaining and use of personal information and data received from minors

The Company does not accept and shall not intentionally collect any information and data on persons under the age of majority, set by the laws of their country of residence, including surname, name, address, telephone number and/or email. Persons under the abovementioned age cannot provide their information and data without the required consent of parents or other legal representatives.

7. International data transfers

Our Services are global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to third parties in other countries, at that we have ensured that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Laws in these countries may differ from the laws applicable to your country of residence.

8. Changes to the Policy, Governing Law

8.1. The Service has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version of the Policy shall become effective from the date of submission unless specified otherwise in the latest version of the Policy. The current version is always available at https://advmaker.net/policy/. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you may cancel your account. If you do not cancel your account before the date the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, your continued access or use of the Companies Services will constitute acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

8.2. The present Policy and the relationship between the User and the Service, arising from the application of the Policy, are subject to applicable laws of the England and Wales.
